Requirements
- Licensed dental hygienist
Licensure: Must be a Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Virginia.
Mindset: A team player who is passionate about high-quality care and enjoys a collaborative workspace.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively educate patients and support the team.
Experience: Open to various experience levels, provided you share a commitment to clinical excellence.
Job Description
Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care to a consistent patient base.
Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations to drive case acceptance.
Clinical Excellence: Maintain accurate documentation and utilize advanced tools and technology.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive team environment and participate in practice-wide goals to enhance the patient experience.
Professional Growth: Engage in hands-on, in-office continuing education, including laser training with industry experts.
