Location: East Syracuse, NY | Pay Rate: $25/hour | Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm)

About the Role
As an Account Representative at PDS Tech Commercial, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction for pre-delivery and after-sale support to our valued customers. This includes managing product orders, availability, and delivery. You will be part of our Customer Care Center, a high-volume, fast-paced, and metric-driven call center that supports our B2B channels, including Commercial Contractors, Commercial Service (CCS), National Accounts, and International offices.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and written correspondence.
• Assist customers with pre-delivery and post-sales inquiries, including order entry, order status, expedited delivery, pricing, and availability.
• Perform data entry and prepare basic reports.
• Handle phone calls and emails efficiently.
• Offer limited technical support to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Qualifications
Required:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of HVAC products or related industry.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
