You\'ll cover key topics, career pathways, and a practical field challenge, giving students a real taste of what professionals in your area actually do.Who We're Looking ForA working professional with a degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred)At least 3 years of active, hands-on experience in your field — we\'re looking for practitioners who are genuinely immersed in their work, not just familiar with it. Candidates who have recently transitioned out of the field may be considered on a case-by-case basis.Deep expertise in one or more of our program fields: Life Sciences & Biotech, Environmental & Earth Sciences, Engineering & Innovation, Computer Science & AI, Business & Entrepreneurship, Law & Government, Psychology & Social Sciences, Creative Arts & Design, Media & Communication, or Literature & WritingExperience managing projects or guiding others through a structured processGenuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their developmentTime CommitmentEach masterclass runs 1.5 hours and is delivered twice to accommodate different time zones.Facilitators commit to approximately 3 masterclass topics per year, meaning roughly 6 live sessions annually.Scheduling is coordinated in advance and fully remote.CompensationCompensation is based on your professional background and field expertise.
