Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: IMC Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown and telemetry required License: RN license required Certifications: BLS and ACLS required - AHA ONLY Must-Have: - EPIC experience required - Ability to pass Telemetry test prior to starting Description: Evening/Night shifts are 12 hours long, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Flexibility to work Monday through Friday with every other weekend or as needed. Some holiday shifts may also be required. Candidates with 4x12 schedule preference may be considered. Experience in a telemetry environment is necessary. This position demands critical thinking and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. The focus is on providing care to acutely ill surgical and trauma patients. Nurses will collaborate with various interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care. Roles include monitoring, administering treatments, and conducting assessments. Knowledge of managing telemetry and responding to changes in patient conditions is essential. This is a challenge for those eager to make a significant impact in patient outcomes. Strong advocacy for patient care and collaboration within the team is encouraged.
