Technical Analyst 5-Support

Entity : Oracle America, Inc. Job Duties : Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute. (385.20869) Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field followed by 9 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Technical Analyst-related occupation. Position requires: 1. Oracle Fusion SaaS applications, including Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Absence/Time and Labor; 2. Oracle development tools and platforms Oracle technologies, including but not limited to SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with the ability to read, write, and debug complex queries and scripts; 3. Designing, developing, or implementing diagnostic tools for Oracle applications to support proactive technical issue detection and root cause analysis; 4. SaaS architecture, application lifecycle management, cloud infrastructure, and continuous release models; 5. Interface directly with customers and partners to collect feedback, analyze issue trends, and drive improvements across product support, diagnostics, and training resources; 6. Experience leveraging telemetry or log-based data for product support and performance analysis, including creating monitoring solutions to identify system trends and application performance degradation; 7. Developing or enhancing product support assets, including technical documentation, product knowledge articles, readiness training materials, or automated troubleshooting tools for Oracle Enterprise /SaaS applications; and, 8. Engaging with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management, and Support Operations, to advocate for customer-impacting issues and drive product or process improvements within a Oracle Enterprise Applications, and SaaS environment. US: Hiring Range in USD from $43.94 to $89.90 per hour; from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
