- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Take and document vital signs as assigned
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Complete regular rounds and respond promptly to resident needs
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support quality resident care
- Current Colorado CNA certification (or certification from a compact state, if applicable)
- Graduate of an accredited CNA training program
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing outstanding care to seniors in a long-term care setting
