As a fast-growing, leading provider, we proudly serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) in the Pagosa Springs, CO area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity. Patient's needs include one 8 hour visit each month.ResponsibilitiesWork with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar settingAssist with the patients' activities of daily living as well as personal careLight housekeepingMeal preparationRemind patient of to take medication as prescribedMaintain records and documentation of serviceCommunication with the patients' family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patientMinimum QualificationsPrefer experience in a clinical care setting, home health preferredGood interpersonal skillsProlonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patientsRequires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity$15 - $18 an hourOffers are contingent upon passing a background check.If you enjoy developing genuine relationships with your patients, apply today!To provide the exceptional care our patients deserve, we rely on a team of passionate, dedicated professionals.
