Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Alabama physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist; PTA applicants will not be accepted.
• New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking of visits expected.
• Prior approval required from director for any overtime hours.
• Must be able to work a guaranteed 36 hours with expectation of up to 40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous outpatient clinic experience treating orthopedic patient populations.
