Construction Estimator

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 (flexible for the right experience) We\'re partnering with a well-established commercial construction company seeking an Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team. Responsibilities Review drawings, specifications, and project documents. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids. Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and bid preparation. Work closely with the preconstruction team throughout the estimating process. Support project handoffs to operations after award. Qualifications 3–5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry. Experience with either a General Contractor or Subcontractor is welcome. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication and organizational skills. Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
