Construction Estimator

Commercial Estimator We are seeking a Commercial Estimator with strong project estimation experience and hands‑on expertise in Bluebeam (required). This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting successful project execution. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of construction estimating practices, key business drivers, and the ability to solve problems using technical judgment in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects Utilize Bluebeam to perform takeoffs, review drawings, and support estimating functions (required) Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope to determine labor, materials, and cost requirements Support bid preparation and submission processes Apply company guidelines and policies to evaluate project requirements and risks Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and pricing Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions using technical knowledge and judgment Maintain and update estimating documentation and project records Qualifications Proficiency with Bluebeam for takeoffs and project estimation (required) Working knowledge and hands‑on experience within the estimating discipline Ability to understand key business drivers and apply them to project estimates Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage assignments with moderate guidance and direction Company provides competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan.
