Position Summary

The Bartender is responsible for executing ITL Group's beverage program with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism while delivering an exceptional guest experience at the bar and throughout the dining room. This role requires strong product knowledge, adherence to recipes and portion standards, and strict compliance with alcohol service laws.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Engage guests professionally and provide beverage recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Verify guest identification and monitor responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Manage assigned cash bank and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with stocking, inventory control, and bar setup/closing duties.
• Support service team during peak periods as needed.

Professional Standards & Appearance

Employees must maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times. The use of cologne, perfume, or other scented products while on duty is prohibited. Chewing gum while working is prohibited. Compliance with all ITL Group grooming, hygiene, uniform, and health code standards is required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Beverage program experience required. Alcohol awareness certification required. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
