Ready to be the operational engine behind a $20B+ hedge fund?

Our client, a leader in financial technology and fund services, is partnering with a Leading Hedge Fund to supporting over $20 billion in AUM, and they’re looking for a sharp, driven Fund Operations Specialist to join their Managed Operations team.

This isn’t a back-room role. You’ll be client-facing from day one, running critical middle- and back-office operations and onboarding on Advent Geneva, working side by side with internal teams and external partners to keep daily operations sharp, optimize the platform, and drive multiple high-impact projects at once.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience We’re Looking For

4–8 years in middle- or back-office operations at a hedge fund, financial services firm or fintech

What Will Make You Stand Out

Hands-on experience with technical integrations across counterparties, market data vendors and buy-side platforms
Solid grasp of instrument valuation across equities, options, futures, fixed income, credit and FX
End-to-end knowledge of the trade lifecycle: pre-trade compliance, order generation, execution, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation and reporting
Familiarity with Advent Geneva or similar PMS/IBOR/ABOR platforms
