If this is something that interests you, apply today!Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support software development teams to ensure efficient and successful project deliveryFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectivesOversee administrative functions such as time tracking, invoice coordination, and budget forecastingPartner with clients, subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership to align on project goals and expectationsIdentify and remove obstacles that may impact team productivity or project timelinesProvide consistent reporting to stakeholders, including updates on budgets, delivery schedules, and potential risksPromote and coach Agile best practices to enhance team effectiveness and delivery outcomesEnsure all meetings are well-organized, with clear agendas, productive discussions, and documented action itemsSupport onboarding efforts to integrate new team members effectivelyCoordinate and facilitate release management activities to ensure smooth product deploymentsQualificationsDemonstrated experience leading software development teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or LeanStrong understanding of Agile principles, with the ability to adapt and apply methodologies based on team and project needsCommitment to continuous improvement, both personally and at the team levelProven ability to communicate effectively with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on project and organizational mattersLeadership style rooted in collaboration and service, with a focus on supporting both team members and client success
