What You'll Do Qualify inbound leads and work outbound prospects Run virtual presentations and close deals using our proven systems and tools Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in a user friendly CRM Build lasting client relationships that fuel referrals What We're Looking For 1-3 years in sales (insurance experience a plus, not required) Strong communicator - written, verbal, on camera Comfortable with CRM and video calls Self-starter who can perform without someone standing over you Motivated to create a life by design What You Get Weekly pay + bonuses Union-backed benefits Health insurance reimbursement Real path to leadership - build and lead your own team 100% remote.
