divh2Manufacturing Electrician Supervisor/h2pThis position will focus on overseeing and guiding a team of electricians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget, while also managing the teams performance and providing technical expertise. Primary hours are 7-3 but will also support off shifts as needed for controls issues./ppResponsible for adhering to all plant policies with the support of partner departments and supervision: GMPs; safety; plant policy; quality; sanitation; etc./ppPosition will be responsible for identifying and tracking recurring line issues: Responsible for responding to daily operational issues and involving the appropriate resources. Position will be responsible for conducting safety and sanitation audits on a timely basis with established schedules. Support programs and processes that provide a sanitary working environment./ppThe position of Manufacturing Electrician Supervisor is an hourly-rated position typically working 11am-7pm. but needs to be flexible. This individual frequently works by his/herself in all areas of the plant. Job requires knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. This position may require communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to contractors, consultants, and vendors. This communication can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone. Must have own tools. Any specialty tools required will be supplied by the company./ppPay Range: $43.10 - $44.10/ph3Project Management/h3p Plan and schedule electrical projects, including determining specifications, selecting contractors, and establishing installation schedules./pp Estimate time and materials needed for projects./pp Maintain records and documentation of ongoing projects./pp Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians, providing guidance and instruction as needed./pp Support processes and procedures that drive continuous improvement and root cause problem resolution./ph3Technical Expertise/h3p Possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations./pp Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure that work complies with safety requirements./pp Provide technical support to team members and clients./pp Identified as a go to resource when an employee cannot resolve a production related issue./ph3Team Leadership/h3p Train and mentor team members on technical skills and best practices./pp Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress toward project goals./pp Other duties as assigned by Manager to meet department or business objectives on an as-needed basis./ph3Safety/h3p Responsible for safety and the promotion of safe work practices including participation in all safety programs (STOP, etc.)./pp Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and standards./pp Establish and enforce safety procedures and protocols. (NFPA 70E)/ph3Communication/h3p Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders./pp Communicate with shift supervisors as necessary./pp A working knowledge of the contract and corporate policies to effectively guide the department./ph3Additional Job Description/h3p Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well within a team environment./pp Ability to work as an industrial electrician in a high-speed manufacturing or technical environment./pp Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, electronic test equipment, single and three phase electrical systems and wiring procedures to 600V./pp Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics and parts specifications./pp Knowledge of PLCs (Modicon and Allen Bradley) and VFDs in a manufacturing environment./pp Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems and components./pp Knowledge of HMIs is preferred./pp Able to safely work alone from elevated surfaces (platforms, rooftops, etc.)/pp Ability to climb and work from ladders and electric lifts up to 30 feet above ground./pp Able to lift up to 50lbs./pp Able to read and manage operator control panels including high voltage panels./pp Able to understand the general mechanics of equipment and diagnose problems./pp Able to operate automatic walk behind hand truck and fork truck./p/div
