Job Overview Sales Representative – 300 Dominion Dr, Morrisville, North Carolina 27560. TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and deliver tailored solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes. Customize sales messaging for each household because each yard is unique. Convert “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell to show customers how to level up their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required (a PhD in People Skills highly encouraged). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing conversations. Self‑starter mentality with excellent time‑management and ability to be told less. Comfort with technology and mobile devices; no coding required. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. English fluency – read, speak, write. Physically located in the United States while performing this job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Average income $875–$1,200 per week.
