Collections SpecialistEarthCam is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, reducing past-due balances, and maintaining positive client relationships while ensuring timely payments.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and confident communicating with clients to resolve billing issues while protecting company cash flow.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the collections process for assigned accountsContact clients via phone, email, and written communication to follow up on past-due invoicesNegotiate payment plans and settlements when appropriateResearch and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departmentsUpdate customer records and document communications in the CRM/ERP systemGenerate aging reports and monitor account statusEscalate high-risk or delinquent accounts to management as neededEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
