Physical Therapist - PT (Full time split)

Overview A Full Time split Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is now available in our two sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in North Reading - Lawrence, MA. If you travel between both buildings in one day, travel is paid and mileage reimbursed. A full-time REHAB TEAM LEADER / Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) position is also available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department. Requirements Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation Work well with others in a team setting Be flexible with hours SNF experience Qualifications (Rehab Team Leader) Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services Ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department Provide therapy services to patients Provide clinical support, training and oversight of specialty programs within their specific discipline Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists in the implementation of programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department Be a licensed Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state where employed Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Preferred Therapy Solutions
