This role is perfect for a candidate who wants to build practical skills, contribute to the daily operations of a locally owned, small business, and learn to run one.

As an associate, you will work directly with customers and team members to support a wide range of services, including:

• Printing
• Designing
• Packing
• Shipping
• Notarizing

Ideal candidates will:

• Provide friendly, professional customer service with a hometown approach
• Be comfortable learning and performing multiple tasks
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Work well in a team-oriented environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous retail, customer service, or office experience is helpful, but not required
• Experience with design software is a plus
• Willingness to learn store systems and operational procedures
