Project Manager | Healthcare ConstructionLas Vegas, Nevada | Commercial General ContractorBase Salary: $130K to $155KDo you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.A well established commercial general contractor in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to lead complex hospital, medical, and healthcare projects throughout Southern Nevada.This role is ideal for a PM who understands the unique demands of healthcare construction, including occupied environments, phased work, shutdowns, infection control, life safety, complex MEP coordination, and direct interaction with hospital stakeholders.Responsibilities• Manage healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout• Own project financials, forecasting, subcontractor commitments, change orders, billing, and profitability• Partner with field leadership on schedule, sequencing, logistics, procurement, and execution• Coordinate closely with owners, hospital facilities teams, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors• Manage RFIs, submittals, change management, meeting documentation, and project controls• Lead phasing, shutdown, tie in, and temporary system planning for occupied healthcare environments• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, medical gas, and specialty systems• Support infection control, dust containment, negative air, temporary barriers, life safety, and patient circulation requirements• Identify constructability and schedule risks early and drive practical solutions• Lead owner and project meetings while maintaining clear communication around cost, schedule, risk, and upcoming decisions• Manage commissioning, punch list, turnover, closeout documentation, and warranty transitionRelevant Project ExperienceStrong backgrounds may include:• Hospitals and medical centers• Operating rooms and surgical suites• Emergency departments• Imaging and radiology• Patient rooms and nursing units• Laboratories and pharmacies• Medical office buildings• Ambulatory and outpatient facilities• Healthcare renovations and expansions• Ground up healthcare construction(Occupied hospital renovation experience is particularly valuable. xhyhwjd )Qualifications• Project Manager experience with a commercial general contractor• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred• Strong understanding of MEP intensive construction• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner relationships• Ability to manage technically complex projects in active environments• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills• Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related degree preferredCompensation & Benefits• Base salary: $130K to $155K, depending on experience• Annual performance bonus• Vehicle allowance or company vehicle• Fuel reimbursement or gas card• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) with company match• Paid vacation and holidays• Cell phone and technology allowance• Advancement into Senior Project Manager and Project Executive responsibilitiesFor candidates with deep acute care hospital experience, particularly occupied renovations, major shutdowns, and complex MEP coordination, compensation may stretch beyond the listed range.
