Role Description The Sales Representative role at ekdconstructioLLC is an on‑site position based in Massachusetts, United States. In this role, the Sales Representative engages with residential and commercial clients to understand their roofing and construction needs, presents tailored solutions, and guides them through the decision‑making process. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, preparing estimates and proposals, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales tracking systems, collaborating with project and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff, and providing ongoing client support throughout the project lifecycle. The Sales Representative is expected to uphold the company’s client‑first values, representing the business professionally in all interactions. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in construction, roofing, home improvement, or related industries. Strong client service and relationship‑building abilities, with a focus on listening, advising, and delivering trustworthy guidance. Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical or construction‑related concepts in clear, accessible terms. Solid organizational and time‑management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple leads, site visits, and follow‑ups. Comfort working on‑site, including conducting property assessments and collaborating directly with operations and project teams. Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems to document activities and manage pipelines. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits within Massachusetts.
