Your Headliner Responsibilities

• Precision Execution: Perform specified repair order work with elite efficiency and dealership excellence.

• Advanced Diagnostics: Test-drive vehicles and utilize cutting-edge diagnostic equipment to evaluate complex systems.

• Master Craftsmanship: Diagnose, maintain, and repair advanced automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, climate control).

• Elite Collaboration: Partner directly with Service Advisors to ensure transparent, world-class communication for our guests.

• Efficiency Planning: Deliver accurate time estimates for additional repairs and execute warranty work seamlessly to manufacturer specifications.

What it Takes to Join the Lineup

• Proven Track Record: 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.

• Elite Credentials: B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.

• Technical Artistry: Exceptional hand-eye coordination, mechanical troubleshooting mastery, and fluent command of electronic diagnostic tools.

• Star Presence: A positive, friendly attitude, basic computer literacy, and an eagerness to constantly elevate your skills.

• Team First: A collaborative spirit ready to integrate into a dynamic, highly supportive, and deeply experienced team.

• Clean Record: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
