Location: Law Firm Office -Downtown Los Angeles, CA 90071
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday 9AM-6PM
Employment Type: Temporary Approximately 1 Month (covering medical leave)
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Temporary Receptionist / Hospitality Specialist to support our law firm for a one-month assignment. This role combines front desk reception duties with hospitality and office support responsibilities.
Pay: $24/hr
Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls.
- Set up and clean conference rooms before and after meetings.
- Prepare and maintain reservable offices.
- Stock and maintain kitchen and coffee bar supplies.
- Assist with catering setup and cleanup for meetings.
- Keep reception and common areas organized and presentable.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, hospitality, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus.
