Shipping LeadThe Shipping Lead is responsible for accurately entering parts data from the receiving clerk into the company's inventory database. This role involves the physical relocation of incoming inventory from both internal and external sources to the appropriate bin or staged job location. The position includes conducting daily random cycle counts of all available inventories, with an expectation of achieving a 100% complete inventory count on a quarterly basis. Additionally, department bonuses are available based on accuracy and deadlines, offering up to $200 a month.Work EnvironmentWork in a semi climate-controlled manufacturing facility with a standard shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of voluntary overtime.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
