Paraprofessionals (PRN/Sub Roles) – Redding, CA
On‑Call • Highly Flexible • Immediate Needs
These roles require high flexibility, strong reliability, and the ability to report when called for coverage needs across various classrooms and student support settings.
This is an excellent fit for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments and can adapt quickly to changing daily assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Support — Assist teachers with instruction, organization, and student engagement.
- Student Assistance — Provide 1:1 or small‑group academic and behavioral support.
- Supervision — Support safe transitions, recess, lunch, and other school routines.
- Adaptability — Step into various classrooms and grade levels as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work PRN/on‑call with high flexibility
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Experience in school or childcare settings preferred
