Shift Lead

Overview As a Shift Lead , you’ll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highest safety standards. Hourly Pay: $19.00/hr. Shift(s): Rotating Shift: Monday-Thursday & Thursday-Sunday 4:00pm-2:30am (Biweekly Rotation) OR Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm Location: Carrollton, GA, 30117 What You'll Do Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s) Assist with recruiting and developing employees. Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed Order and maintain suppliesand arrange for office equipment maintenance Assist with forklift driver duties as needed Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility Check to make sure loads are secure Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard Perform basic financial data entry Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner Maintain a clean and safe working environment What You'll Need 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred High School diploma or GED Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation Forklift certification What We Offer Competitive Pay, Holiday Pay, and Daily Pay – Access to your earned wages before payday!
