Sales Development Representative
Twin City Staffing is hiring a driven sales development representative to join a growing team in Saint Paul, MN! This is a great opportunity to break into medical sales and build your career in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. If you're competitive, motivated, and ready to grow, apply today. Location: Saint Paul, MN Wage: $25.00/hr. Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, Monday Friday

Duties of the sales development representative:
- Prospect new clients through cold calling and research
- Educate healthcare professionals on cardiac-related solutions
- Make high-volume outbound calls to generate leads
- Schedule and coordinate educational meetings
- Manage and track pipeline activity in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Support onboarding and maintain customer relationships
- Assist with marketing materials and outreach campaigns
- Stay informed on industry trends and market changes
Requirements of the sales development representative :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejection
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Interest or knowledge in medical devices or healthcare preferred
