Logistics Coordinator

Lynch Truck Center is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team! As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll work on-site with our team coordinating deliveries and pick up of vehicles, manage and schedule around 20 drivers on nationwide deliveries, stocking incoming vehicles, ensure all licensing and safety requirements are met, as well as direct partnership between our sales and service departments on a daily basis. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service to our customers. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm Benefits Health Insurance, covering 100% preventative care, starting at $140/month for single coverage and $570/month for family coverage $0 copay through an independent clinic for Lynch Health Plan participants. 401K with a company match of $0.30 cents on the dollar up to 5%, plus a fiscal year end discretionary match that in previous years was an additional 1.5% Dental & Vision Coverage Company paid Short Term Disability & Life Insurance, LTD Insurance, FSA, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness program, Gym Membership Discount, PTO & Holiday Pay, Bereavement Pay, Employee Parts & Service Discount, Employee Vehicle Discount, and Referral Bonus Part-Time Employees are eligible for: 401K, Employee Assistance Program, Referral Bonus, and Employee Parts & Service Discount Responsibilities Working with both the Sales and Service Department, oversee the delivery/pick up of vehicles and other transportation needs Maintain that all drivers' licensing is current and in compliance with requirements for operation of specific vehicles Handle accident reports, driving evaluations, and vehicle safety Maintain fleet of company owned vehiclesSchedule/make travel arrangements for drivers traveling to customers out of state Oversee scheduling of approximately 20 drivers Work with HR to hire and maintain employees Maintain professional relationships with clients Requirements A CDL license is preferred, or the ability to obtain a CDL license Must have an in-depth understanding of DOT requirements Ability to operate a commercial vehicle Ability to read maps proficiently Basic computer skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Lynch-Family-of-Dealership
