Your Location: Needham, MA office

You Report To: Team Lead, Contracts

Your Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm EST

Your Compensation: $21.63/hr plus bonus!

What you will you do:

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for preparing weekly whole loan sale shipment.
• Verifying and confirming daily files are accounted for.
• Receive all mailing packages for in-house deals.
• Scan all incoming packets, if needed.
• Audit incoming contracts for all deals.
• Email the appropriate parties of all incoming packets.
• Update the internal system with contract status.
• Prepare and organize contract folders for filing.

What you bring:

• 1+ years of experience in administrative, clerical, customer service, or related roles.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Demonstrated history of career stability and professional growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
