Human Resources Manager

Senior Human Resources Manager role in The Woodlands, TX with a hybrid schedule, partnering with Director-level leaders across North America. Responsibilities Act as a strategic HR Business Partner and trusted advisor to Director-level leaders and leadership teams Create and execute talent and workforce strategies aligned to business objectives and organizational priorities Lead organizational design , workforce planning , and change management initiatives Support mergers, acquisitions , due diligence, and employee integration activities Drive talent reviews , succession planning , leadership development , and performance management efforts Coach leaders on employee engagement , organizational effectiveness , and employee relations Partner with internal HR teams including Talent Acquisition , Total Rewards , Talent Management , and Learning & Development Provide guidance on employee relations , investigations , HR policies , and compliance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field 8+ years of progressive HR experience HR Business Partner experience supporting senior-level leaders Experience with organizational design , workforce planning , change management , or business transformation Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to influence leadership in a complex, matrixed environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with M&A , integrations, or large-scale business transformations Background in specialty chemicals, ingredients, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related industries Experience supporting commercial or revenue-generating teams SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CHRL, or equivalent certification (preferred) Exposure to U.S. and Canadian employment practices Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Location, Schedule, and Pay Location: The Woodlands, TX 77380 (hybrid) Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week Pay: $78-$101/hour Work location: In person Ability to commute: The Woodlands, TX 77380 Employment Details Education: Bachelor’s (Required) Experience: Human resources 8 years (Required) Preferred experience: Workforce planning 4 years; Organizational design 4 years; M&A 4 years #J-18808-Ljbffr
