Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Executive role built for closers. You'll run a high-volume outbound motion, source and qualify your own pipeline, and close local business owners on Local Howl's growth services. No hand-holding, no babysat leads. You control your calendar and your paycheck.

You'll be on the phones daily, running meetings, handling objections, and closing deals against real targets. This isn't a role for someone who wants to ease into sales. It's for someone who already closes and wants a better product and a bigger commission check.

What You'll Do

• Run 150-250 outbound dials a day and build your own pipeline from scratch
• Run introduction calls and present Local Howl's services to local business owners
• Handle objections and negotiate deals to close
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets, not just activity quotas
• Manage your pipeline in CRM 
• Keep the customer experience sharp through close and handoff

• You can handle rejection all day and still close strong at 4pm
• You negotiate and close without needing a manager on the call

• Bonus: CRM fluency, and any background selling SEO, Google Ads, or digital marketing to local businesses

Compensation

• Base: $65,000
• Residual Commission: Uncapped
• Monthly bonuses for stretch goals

The ceiling here is whatever you're willing to dial for. Uncapped means uncapped.
