Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced sales executive to own and close OneQode's GPU compute deals under 5,000 GPUs, with contracts worth up to roughly $500 million. As we scale our AI infrastructure globally, we need someone who can find, run and close large deals themselves, not an account manager working inbound. This is a hunter role, global in scope, for candidates with existing right to work where they are based.

You will own every deal from first conversation, to signing, and then handover to our deployment team, while building the referral network that feeds your pipeline. You will join the growth team, reporting to our Chief Growth Officer and President EMEA & India, who focuses on strategic partnerships and the largest deals. Our customers today are mostly frontier AI labs and smaller neoclouds buying GPU-as-a-service, but that mix of clients and services is changing fast.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a referral network of intermediaries, brokers and offtakers who bring GPU demand to market, and own the whole referral process.
• Source new deals from your own network, from referrals passed to you, and from existing customers who expand.
• Take over a handful of live deals and get them signed.
• Run the full sales cycle: qualify, scope requirements, write the proposal, negotiate, close, and then manage the handoff to the deployment team.
• Prospect actively and build relationships by phone, LinkedIn and Teams.
• Work closely with the growth, deployment and marketing teams.
• Represent OneQode at about one industry conference per quarter, with travel of up to 25%.
• Escalate larger opportunities, bringing in the Chief Growth Officer on deals that become strategic partnerships or exceed 5,000 GPUs or $500 million in TCV.
• Keep pipeline records and forecasts accurate for the leadership team.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• A proven record of sourcing and closing large B2B deals yourself, not just working inbound.
• Experience in GPU compute, cloud, data centre, HPC or an adjacent industry.
• Existing contacts among AI labs, neoclouds, GPU brokers or offtakers.
• Experience building a referral, channel or broker network.
• A background at a GPU cloud, neocloud, hyperscaler, data centre or hardware provider.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• A hunter. You go after deals from day one and are comfortable with heavy prospecting.
• Relationship-first. You build long-term networks rather than chasing one-off transactions.
• Adaptable. You are comfortable in a market where customers and products change fast.
