Branch Manager

Job Description

A reputable and growing agricultural operation is looking to add a Branch Manager to their team. A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the right individual.


Responsibilities:


• Oversee day-to-day operations at the location while supporting overall business growth


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and the local ag community


• Manage operations across agronomy, livestock feed, and energy service areas


• Support sales growth, customer service, and operational efficiency throughout the branch


Qualifications:


• Agronomy background preferred with strong understanding of ag operations


• Previous management, leadership, or customer-facing experience preferred


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Ability to lead employees and manage multiple areas of the business


• Self-motivated with a long-term mindset and strong work ethic


Compensation & Benefits:


• $65,000-$95,000 base salary depending on experience


• Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and pension plan
