This is an opportunity to step into a high-trust operations role at the center of the business supporting senior leadership across complex calendars, cross-functional coordination, and portfolio-wide initiatives. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution: managing priorities before they become problems, keeping leadership two steps ahead, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across a fast-moving, multi-site organization.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Operations Support

• Own and manage the Director's calendar, coordinating meetings and priorities
• Plan and coordinate travel logistics for conferences and business trips, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
• Handle general administrative and office operations support, including business card orders and other team logistics

Events & Vendor Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide events including venue selection, vendor coordination, Menu and DJ selection, decoration and day-of logistics
• Lead planning and logistics for the annual Budget Bootcamp
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new vendor implementation, ensuring smooth onboarding
• Oversee the vendor sponsorship program, including social/marketing postings and fulfillment of sponsor deliverables
• Track and manage vendor invoices (e.g., photography/videography services)

People & Culture

• Manage full-cycle recruiting support, including job postings, sourcing/interviewing candidates, candidate communications, onboarding coordination (background and drug screening), and new hire welcome materials and swag bags
• Administer the employee rewards and recognition program, including work anniversary recognition, birthdays, employee spotlight etc.
• Oversee the Good Times Crew (GTC) program, including large-scale resident events, company events, and volunteer initiatives

Communications & Reporting

• Compile and distribute monthly financial reports and bi-weekly portfolio performance presentations for leadership review
• Manage company-wide internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across the portfolio
• Serve as a point of escalation for resident complaints, ensuring timely resolution
