About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Branch Operations. The successful candidate will be a thought leader and a best-in-class provider in education, wellness, youth development, and community-building. This role is pivotal in carrying out the company's mission to positively impact lives and communities. The Executive Director will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, membership and program development, fiscal management, fundraising, volunteer cultivation, and community engagement. A key aspect of the role is to establish a culture of quality and service, represent and promote the company in the local community, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, member-focused programs that support the company's mission and goals. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of overall leadership experience, or a high school diploma with 12 years of directly relevant experience. A minimum of 2 years in an executive-level management position is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management, leading large teams, and establishing collaborations with various stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, a passionate commitment to the company's mission, and the ability to mentor and develop staff and volunteers are essential. The role also involves facility management, maintaining safety and training certifications, and ensuring revenue growth through innovative program development. CPR and First Aid certifications are required within 30 days of hire.
