Accounting ManagerSalary: $110K – $120KWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Opportunity to lead and mentor accounting staff while elevating your leadership profileOwnership of month-end, financial reporting, and core accounting operationsPlay a key role in audit processes across multiple areas (governmental, state, insurance)Influence accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsHands-on involvement in ERP implementation/conversion initiativesBroad scope across AP, AR, and GL — strong operational and strategic mixStable, full-time position with comprehensive benefits (401k match, health, PTO)Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:Prepare and consolidate monthly financial statementsOversee AP/AR and manage month-end close processReview reconciliations, journal entries, and bank activitySupport audits across multiple channels (year-end, governmental, insurance)Maintain internal controls and improve accounting policies/proceduresLead, train, and support accounting staff and divisional teamsQualifications for the Accounting Manager:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field5+ years' experience in accounting leadership (Accounting Manager or similar)Strong GL experience and month-end close expertiseConstruction industry experience preferred; CMiC a plus
