Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments according to treatment plans. Assist Physical Therapist when performing tests, evaluations, & complex treatments. Looking for an individual who is highly motivated for optimal patient care with good time management and a strong team first mindset. Observe, record, and report to the therapist the conditions, reactions and responses related to assigned duties. Maintain daily records of treatments and document progress notes on residents as directed by the therapist. Assist with the care of the physical therapy department and equipment. Assist the Physical Therapist with in-service programs and other meetings. Attend and participate in, or provide information for, rehabilitation team conferences regarding resident progress, problems or needs. Perform duties in an independent manner and recognize situations where direct supervision is needed; willingly help others. Certificates/Licenses Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Florida. Current CPR certification. EOE/M/F/D/V #J-18808-Ljbffr
