Immunology U.S. Medical Affairs Strategy & Execution Intern

Johnson & Johnson seeks an immunology medical affairs intern to support strategy and clinical program management within their Innovative Medicine division. The role involves coordinating across teams, managing research activities, and assisting with strategic planning and evidence generation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with U.S. Immunology Medical Affairs staff on ongoing projects and initiatives
- Support clinical program management including company-sponsored trials and safety reporting
- Create and maintain metrics dashboards and presentations for team use
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional exposure opportunities
- Develop end-of-summer presentation for senior leadership summarizing contributions
Requirements
- Enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing bachelor's in science field or graduate degree (PharmD, PhD, MPH)
- Completed two to three years of college coursework
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required
- Advanced Excel proficiency for tables and graphs creation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and approved AI tools
