Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

ABE Paints is a premier PPG paint supplier serving the Commercial/Industrial market across Western Florida. Our team is passionate about partnering with Manufacturers/Fleet Collision Repair to help them deliver exceptional results for their customers. We pride ourselves on technical expertise, responsive service, and building relationships that drive long-term success.

As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a technical Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business development.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

· Must be technically strong and experienced with a variety of coatings (e.g. urethanes, alkyds, powder coatings, and numerous primers and undercoats).

· Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs

· Use your knowledge of coatings in the industry to help customers solve problems

· Experience selling to manufacturers, Fleet Collision Repair, Fabricators, etc... or related trades is a bonus but not required.

· Strong communicator with active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

· Has a sales process and system for tracking clients, managing pipeline, and ensuring consistent follow-through.

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Western Florida territory.
