Day-in-the-life

When production ramps up, you’re the steady hand keeping equipment reliable and safe. You’ll start with preventive maintenance rounds—checking motors and gearboxes, confirming lubrication schedules, and ensuring key assets are ready for the next run. As issues arise, you’ll move quickly from reading electrical schematics to troubleshooting pneumatic circuits and supporting repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Throughout the shift, you’ll coordinate with senior technicians, follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and document what you see so the next team is set up for success.

• Execute preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery to maximize uptime
• Troubleshoot pneumatic systems (identifying worn seals, damaged hoses, and faulty valves)
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to resolve faults
• Assist senior technicians with daily maintenance and production support tasks
• Adhere to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and plant safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, safety-first work area
• Collaborate with peers and communicate equipment status and issues clearly
• Support repair and upkeep across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance setting
• Foundational mechanical knowledge, including motors, gearboxes, and lubrication practices
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems and basic electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment
• Working knowledge of LOTO procedures
• A team-first mindset and a desire to learn and grow
