Shift Manager

Responsibilities Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift Achieve target metrics during shifts and help departments meet their goals Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability; take corrective action when needed Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production Train new team members on critical job functions Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. The successful candidate must be a positive team player with a flexible schedule, enjoy a fast‑paced environment, and be at least 18 years old.
