Operations Manager

Operations ManagerEcowaste Solutions is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our facilities. The ideal candidate brings a leadership background in trucking, transportation, or waste management, with hands-on knowledge of DOT regulations. You'll be responsible for driving performance, upholding safety and compliance standards, and building a strong, respectful team culture while ensuring routes, schedules, and vehicles run efficiently and safely.Responsibilities and Duties:Establishing and upholding a work environment dedicated to trust and respect.Familiarity with safe operation and preventive maintenance of heavy equipmentDriving business results.
