Our facilities may contact us when there is a last-minute call-out or an urgent staffing need, so having open availability and the ability to respond to short-notice opportunities is an important part of this role.If you're dependable, clinically confident, adaptable, and someone our staffing team can count on when a facility needs coverage, we'd love to hear from you!As a PRN LPN, you'll provide direct patient care within your scope of practice while following each facility's policies and procedures. Responsibilities may include:Administering medications and treatments as permitted within your scope of practiceMonitoring patient conditions and reporting changes appropriatelyDocumenting patient care accurately and timelyProviding compassionate, patient-centered careWorking collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and facility staffFollowing facility protocols and safety proceduresCommunicating patient concerns and staffing-related needs promptlyArriving on time, prepared, and ready to work each scheduled shiftWe partner with hospitals, long-term care facilities, behavioral health settings, and clinics, giving you the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare environments.The most important thing we're looking for is availability and reliability.
