Interventional Cardiology Opening in NM Located in Alamogordo, NM - Las Cruces 67m Position Highlights: Full-time, permanent Interventional Cardiology opportunity Join a growing Cardiology team with a fully equipped cardiac cath lab Approximately 500 cath/angiography cases annually Clinic volume of approximately 20-25 patients per day preferred Procedures include coronary angioplasty and stent placement Right and left heart catheterization Diagnostic coronary angiography Pacemaker and AICD insertions Generator changes and lead revisions Loop recorder insertions and removals Stress test and echocardiogram interpretation Cath lab procedures begin at 6:30 AM with clinic beginning at 10:00 AM Shared call coverage Modern hospital resources and supportive clinical team Opportunity to expand local access to interventional cardiac care and reduce patient transfers Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM Full-time position Compensation & Benefits: Base plus production model with $900,000+ earning potential Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 Quality bonus Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Medical, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan with employer match CME allowance 27 PTO days 8 sick days 5 CME days Total of 40 paid days off annually Qualifications: Fellowship trained in Interventional Cardiology Eligible for an unrestricted New Mexico medical license Experience preferred Community: Located approximately 15 minutes from White Sands National Park More than 100 nearby trails for hiking, mountain biking, and ATV riding Access to Lincoln National Forest and nearby Cloudcroft Approximately 1.5 hours from El Paso Approximately 1 hour from Ruidoso Approximately 3 hours from Albuquerque Family-friendly community with access to outdoor recreation, museums, golf, and other regional attractions
