Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Cadillac seeking General Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business objectives.
• Manage departmental budgets, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and industry guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across various functions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D to align production with market demands.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, develop budgets, and drive financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
