ZIEHL-ABEGG is looking for a high energy and results-oriented Order Processing Coordinator who can be a strong contributor to our heavily expanding company. The purpose of this role is to help create and complete all work orders, generate work order labels and shipping labels, track orders and communicating with planners, supervisors, and customer service accordingly.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Review work orders and ensure that all required information is complete and accurate
• Check storage warehouses for components and ensure that all materials are available to meet customer demand
• Keep communication clear on updates between production team and planners
• Track the progress of orders and notify customer service and/or planners if any delays
• Resolve any issues that arise during the order processing process
• Maintain accurate records of all orders
• Possess a working knowledge of the material being produced on production lines.
• Archives work orders when they are complete
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Experience working with an MRP/ERP system
• Ability to multi-task in a fast past environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of components needed for production
• Willingness to work well with other departments
• Ability to solve any order issue
