Cleaning Supervisor/Account Coordinator

Our headquarters is located at 151 Dixon Avenue, Amityville, NY, and is an upscale and professional building. Essential Functions Train employees- Janitorial and administrative tasks. Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts. Submit and deliver supplies as needed. On-Call for emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends. Screening for new Custodial Technicians. Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage. Manage employee callouts. Corresponding with Custodial Technicians. Report accidents/injury. Address and resolve any employee performance issues - Identify and retrain as seen or directed. Job Description Train employees- Janitorial and administrative tasks. Must speak fluent English and Spanish. Detail oriented and strong communication skills. Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice. Valid Driver's License - Company Car will be assigned. Other Job Duties All other tasks as assigned by management.
