This isn't your stereotypical sales job.

We aren't looking for someone who can pressure people into buying furniture.

Actually, please don't do that.

Our best salespeople are great listeners. They ask questions, build relationships, understand what a customer actually needs, and help them find the right solution for their home.

Sometimes that’s a whole new living room. Sometimes it’s finding the mattress that finally helps someone sleep better. Either way, the goal is the same: take great care of the customer.

If you have sales experience, awesome.

If you don't, but you have a strong customer-service background, enjoy talking to people, are motivated to learn, and want to challenge yourself—we absolutely want to meet you.

What you'll actually do

You’ll spend your days helping customers find furniture and mattresses they genuinely love, learning our products so you can confidently make recommendations, building relationships rather than chasing transactions, following up with customers and open orders, answering phones and helping around the showroom, and working alongside a team that wants everyone to succeed.

We expect you to be dependable, motivated, organized, coachable, and willing to jump in wherever you're needed.

And yes—you'll need to be comfortable talking to strangers. Kind of an important part.

During training, you'll earn $23/hour while you learn our products, systems, and approach to customer service.

After training, compensation moves to $1,600 bi-weekly base pay plus bonus , giving motivated team members the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings.

We’ll teach you the furniture and mattress business. You bring the work ethic, personality, and desire to take great care of people.

Retail means weekends.

We'd love to tell you otherwise, but that's when our customers shop.

Weekend availability is required.

We also believe people need a life outside of work, and we work hard to create schedules and a culture that allow our team to have one.
