This position reports to the Associate Director of Sales Channel Innovation for SMBS Operations. You’ll partner closely with the Digital team to drive digital adoption across business markets (B2B, R2B, V2B & I2B). Extensive collaboration and alignment with senior leaders at the Band’s 4-5 levels is a regular part of the role. Excellent communication skills are imperative. There will be significant visibility and engagement with senior leaders and frontline sellers. Responsibilities include: Partnering with Digital Marketing to drive digital adoption within the Business Markets customer segment. Serve as the Business Market's lead and represent business market operations on core teams for all digital marketing business transformation initiatives. Drive Digital KPIs and target setting for sales channels. Serve as initiative owner for policy, process, and compensation transformation. Develop initiatives and programs to drive sales and service adoption, including portal, app, digital quote, MyLink, customer enrollment, customer training, and redirection of undecided shoppers to a digital transaction path. Design, implement, and optimize policies/processes that enable Business Markets to support and grow Digital and Omni, including gamification, incentivization, and accountability levers. Serve as the voice of the sales, operations, and customer for Verizon's digital capabilities roadmap, adoption, and promotion development. Partner with the Business Intelligence team to deliver sales and service reporting, including leading and lagging indicators. Partner with Sales Enablement and Learning and Development to enable customer-facing teams to advocate for digital sales and service, including Change Management. Lead & drive execution while delivering within set timelines to achieve objectives. Work cross-functionally, build relationships & partner with stakeholders to execute & deliver. Ensure delivery through all phases (Ideation, Inception/Execution & Launch). Work to develop future long-term iterations of initiatives & enablers to continue transforming digital & expand digital engagement. Includes initiatives above for Channel Partners and these additional specific Channel Partner initiatives. ISPU, Digital Quote with ISPU, I2B Online Presence & Search Engine Optimization. You will need to have: Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Four or more years of wireless job-related work experience. Two or more years of experience managing a team. Two or more years of experience in Business Transformation, Project Management, or Operations experience or leading core teams. End-to-end presentation skills from content development to delivery. Willingness to travel 20% or less. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Previous roles in both Sales and Operations Demonstrated understanding of the Small and Medium Business segment, its challenges, and opportunities. Preference is given to candidates who have previous experience in both sales and operations management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high organizational and time management skills. Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.
