Lawyer.com is looking for an energetic and outgoing sales professional to lead our growing direct sales team.
Lawyer.com, Inc. is a leading online service provider to lawyers and consumers. We manage a leading directory of 2 million lawyers and offer a suite of services to help thousands of law firms build better businesses. Each week we provide thousands of consumers the best free lawyer matching service in the U.S. We are a tech first leader with multiple generative AI services and connect with hundreds of thousands of lawyers and consumers each month using custom email, phone, text, chat and video technology. Our intuitive brand 'Lawyer.com' is rapidly gaining recognition among lawyers and consumers and we are well positioned in the $200 Billion U.S. legal services market. Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience of managing successful sales team
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The ability to establish relationships with customers
- Organized & Efficient
- Be confident dealing with customers in person, on the phone or via email.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing disciplines
- Manage Team and hit monthly and annual growth goals
- Develops new accounts and lines of business to achieve sales targets.
- Manages critical customer relationships with Book of Business clients.
- Coordinates and collaborates cross-departmentally, including Sales, Consumer Service, Market, and Product.
- Directs problem solves activities to resolve customer related issues.
